My experience with Guaranteed Rate, Inc. was the best. From day to day contact between one department to the next they made the whole transaction flawless. I was informed step by step as to what to expect so there were no surprises. The team that was assigned to my loan did an exceptional job and couldnt thank them more. There is no other bank I would rather do business with.
Helped me with buying my first home (Condo), and then one year later helped me refinance with a lower fixed rate and no PMI. I worked with the same guy for both and he was extreamly patient with all my questions and then more questions. He explained things until I understood what was going on. Never felt pressured.
Everything was explained well and questions/concerns were addressed quickly. The online tools were intuitive and saved a lot of time. Shant's team made the process smooth and effortless.

I got my original mortgage and now 2 refinances with Shant. His team made it very easy each time, answering all of my questions promptly and was also able to get everything in order and ready to close very quickly. They even came to my work so I could sign the final paperwork for my refinances without taking time off work. I have no complaints and can't recommend him highly enough.

Shant was very fast with my pre-approval and approval process. He closed on my home in less than a month.
