It took was like a roller coaster ride at first… was all cleared to close, got our hopes up all to get a complete halt on the loan Had to restart process ALL over with not as much on closing as before. Big cut and big disappointment

I will start by saying Shawn, did everything he could to make this mortgage experience a good one for us and his knowledge of the USDA program was extremely beneficial. Unfortunately, your internal processes broke down significantly causing delays and a extensive amount of stress and worry. The appraisal companies lack of meeting deadlines caused our loan to be delayed by 13 days, in which we initially had to agree to a $200/day fee to live in the home we were purchasing. BEWARE! My wife and I wanted to purchase a home. Shawn said he specialized in usda loans. We both gave Shawn permission to run our credit once. Without notification or asking. Shawn ran both are credits SIX TIMES! My wife and I now have 6 MORE INQUIRES, on each of our credit reports! To have the inquires removed. Shawn said he would notify the "credit bureaus". After 90 days I reconnected with Shawn. He did not make any attempt to remove the inquires. DO NOT USE SHAWN! His knowledge is minimal and he is unreliable. I... read more

we have re-submitted the request with our credit vendor for removal and were told this will take another 30 days and we will re-submit with our prior credit vendor as well. there was a change in vendors that resulted in duplicate pulls. THIS WAS RESOLVED AND THE CREDIT WAS NOT AFFECTED.
