Easy parking in front. Arrived and immediately seated per request with reservation for socially distanced dining. This was our first dining experience and part of Customer Appreciation week. One of us had wine paring and felt portions were small, but good variety. Appetizers were excellent, especially the shrimp dish. Soup and salad were both good. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. We were here celebrating my husband's birthday which feel during restaurant week, and enjoyed a special "Tasting" dinner that paired different courses with different wines. Everything was delicious, and my husband enjoyed it very much. Dinner was creative, leisurely paced enabling us to savor our courses, and our surroundings were lovely - looking out on the Shelter Cove Marina. We will be back!
Excellent place to dine. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious and our server was pleasant and had several helpful suggestions. We especially appreciated how willing and able he was to make adjustments for our dietary needs (allergy to a specific food). The dining room is very attractive and tables spaced well enough apart to give diners their own space without feeling crowded. Can’t wait for warmer weather when we can take advantage of their outdoor seating.

We did the tasting menu and the food was excellent and the portions were perfect. Very friendly and attentive staff as well! Great experience!
Love love go every time we are on the island
Ela’s consistently goes above and beyond! The food is always fantastic! The service is exceptional! And the atmosphere is unlike anywhere else on the island. We have been coming to Ela’s for almost a decade and it has never disappointed!
Outstanding as always! We have been here at least 20 times. The view is great along with the food and service even better.
We always try to make a visit to Ela’s when in Hilton Head. Sunday Brunch is our favorite. This trip, they seemed a bit short on staff. Andre(sp?) , the greeter, seater, bar tender, floor mgr. combined, got us set up at a hi-top table (which was fine), but it was about 6 feet from the keyboardist.
