We had brunch and it was exceptional! The manager was very attentive and our server was sweet and fun. We will absolutely go back next time we are in Hilton Head.
Outstanding service, food and atmosphere. We really enjoyed the 4 course Customer Appreciation tasting menu. We look forward to dining at Ella’s again soon!

What a lovely evening at Ella’s! It was restaurant week on Hilton Head and Ella’s did not disappoint. Their special menu offered variety and attention to detail that other restaurants we sampled did not. Every course was well conceived. I had a filet and shrimp entree that was perfect. We will be back to Ella’s soon.
Told host this was a 55th wedding anniversary. He asked us to wait a moment, then took us to best window corner table, over the marina, with 2 glasses of champagne on it! Wow! Great food, service, good value. Telling people about it. Definitely will be back. Has to be spectacular lunch place when warms up.
My wife and I ordered off the customer appreciation menu. My wife’s scallops were OK, not much flavor. Her filet was very good and done perfectly. My salmon dish was fishy and the asparagus was tough at the ends (they did not trim the tough ends). Short ribs were very good. Intermezzo had melted and was refrozen. Not good at all. Key lime pie was good but strawberry cake was dry, not moist and flavorful. Overall, did not live up to expectations.
We were there for "restaurant week" and it was our first time there. The area where we were seated was so so, a small area upstairs seemed like "out of the way". The tuna tartar and shrimp were excellent as well as the short ribs and scallops. The small filet was good but the salmon was only ok. Our dessert selections were strawberry cake and key lime pie. The key lime was out of this world. The cake was good. During the season we will be back especially if we can sit outside on a beautiful night on Hilton Head.
Wonderful service and food!
We have been to the restaurant before and we invited our neighbors it was there first time there. The service was fair to poor. The food was excellent. However the manager got involved and the evening turned out over all good.
