This is the former Ocean Grille, redecorated by a new local owner. Nice setting overlooking boats in the harbor at Shelter Cove.

Ela's was perfect. Beautiful outdoor dining with gorgeous views. Jason was very attentive. The food & cocktails were magnificent. This has now become our favorite restaurant.
We ate here on a rainy Saturday night so the views were not significant. It is a nice location on the water and outside dining should be excellent. We started with the calamari which was recommended by the waiter. My girl friend and I both thought it was the best we had ever had. I had the scallops which were outstanding. She had the cod which she thought was just ok. They have a good list of wines by the glass. We had an excellent waiter and all the staff were very friendly.
We went with a group of four to this relatively new restaurant. Each one of us had a different main course, and all of us were very pleased with our choices. We shared the calamari appetizer which was very tasty. Our server was very friendly and quite knowledgable. We will definitely go again. It would be nice to see a few entrees added as it is not an extensive menu.
