We have used Sherlocks several times now with remodeling projects in our home. Most recently, we had living room and dining room carpet installed. Everything went as planned and we had no problems. As soon as we walked in, John Furlong our salesman, greeted us and was not pushy at all. Very helpful in answering our questions. John came out to measure and as promised our carpeting was installed the next week. Beautiful Job and GREAT customer service! Thank You John and Sherlock Carpet and Tile. Everything happened like we were told it would. Don had to come out a couple of times to measure both rooms. Once we placed our order the carpeting was delivered and installed as promised. Installers were professional and did a great job. The family room, living room and hallway have never looked better. Stress free and great value.
We are very pleased with our carpet purchase from Sherlock's Carpet and TIle. Don and Tom were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. I went in there after looking around at the home improvement stores and was very happy I did. I knew I could trust their installation and reputation. The installation was quick and the installers were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely consider them for any further flooring purchases.
