We were extremely happy with the service salesman John Furlong gave us. Within a week we choose the carpet we wanted for our entry stairs up and down. He had samples sent to us and came and measured and gave us a quote and we put a deposit down on 9-19-16. On 9-30-16 it was installed by a very efficient man whose name I can't remember. I would recommend Sherlock's to anyone looking for carpet.
We have been looking and pricing tile for awhile and I we were happy to find just what we were looking for and at the right price with the help of our great salesman, Jerry Svec. He was patient, informative and very helpful without being pushy. He went over and above to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. I will be recommending this store to everyone who is looking for tile or carpet!

I cannot say enough great things about Sheklock's Carpet! From the start, Don was incredibly friendly, informative, and patient with all of my questions. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to take samples home right away to see what would look best. John Furlong was our salesman and he took time to listen to our needs and guide us to the right choice in carpeting and padding. The installation went smoothly and quickly. The installers were very friendly. I highly recommend Sherlock for all floor covering needs.
I absolutely love my carpeting. Patrick Kois was my salesman and answered every question. I had my whole condo done. The team that installed were efficient with the installation. They cleaned up afterwards. I am very glad that I went with the upgraded padding. Once Patrick explained the benefits of the upgrade I went for it.
I'm very happy with the installation. The speed and efficiency of the installers was incredible. My salesperson, Joan, was very thorough with answering all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about flooring and the installation process. I will definitely have her work with me on remodeling the other rooms.
