I am with a management company that has used Sherlock for carpet replacement at our Condominium Association. The work always looks great and Don Dignan is a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
We replaced are tile in the foyer /1/2 bath with a new look and a larger tile. Our sales rep; Tom was great! He came on the job at one point and was always in contact was us through the process. The tile came out great and we receive nothing but compliments.

Could not be happier with my new wood hallway. Don D. was great. Kept me informed every step of the way. The installers were great and did a wonderful job! They also cleaned up nicely afterward. I will surely buy my new carpeting from Sherlock's.
Stopped in looking for carpet remnants to carpet basement stairs found a perfect match for my decor for my basement remodel. Which Sherlock Carpet and Tile were eager to help me with when i explained about the project they assisted me with the purchase as well as the install. Just had the carpet installed. Installers were great as was John at Sherlock.
We have been Sherlock customer for several years and have always found their customer service and product quality to be exceptional. This was no exception. After water damage to our basement, Sherlock came out immediately to remove carpet and pad to avoid mold developing. When the installer came to install vinyl tile, he pointed out that we would not be happy and they worked with the insurance co. to install carpet instead. Tom was very helpful. Glad to have such a reputable company in the area.
This was a commercial install with time limitations. Sales & installers accomplished this tight schedule. I'm very pleased with all involved. I would recommend they any time.
My new Sherlock bathroom floor is beautiful. Everyone from Pat at the store to the installers Tom, Frank, and Matt were great. Thanks!
