We used Sherlock to replace the flooring and trim on our entire first floor and upstairs hallway. They removed the existing mix of carpet, ceramic tile, and vinyl flooring and replaced it with a Shaw LVP. Our experience from first phone call through installation was amazing. The install crew was very detail oriented and the final results are outstanding.
I am extremely pleased with the overall service from Sherlock's Carpet & Tile. I received a couple of estimates from other companies but it was Robert's demeanor and presentation that sold me. He displayed choices, explained the products, answered questions and didn't push. I purchased the luxury vinyl plank. The installation crew was great. Jerry, our salesperson, was great helping us to select a Karastan carpet and coordinate it with wall color and room decor. Price was fair, and a high quality pad was selected. Installation was completed in a manner which fit our remodeling schedule. We are highly satisfied with the end result. One of the seams is not laying correctly. A representative(Joe)from Sherlock has taken pictures. We look forward to a very satisfactory solution.
we had many estimates for flooring for the whole house. Tom showed us many styles let us take samples home to see how it would look. Sherlock was the only store that showed us exactly what they would do especially for our entrance way which had rounded steps. The crew was fantastic in their removal of the carpet and preparing the floors. They worked so hard and went out of their way. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. We were unsure of what carpet we wanted and the sales floor personnel were extremely helpful in allowing us to switch out samples over and over. Installers were polite, hard-working and extremely knowledgeable installing carpet around spindles on stairs. Will continue to recommend Sherlock’s!
I am very happy with the work Sherlock’s did on removing carpeting and a wood floor in my home and putting down Luxury Vinyl Tile. Rob, my salesman, answered all my questions and the crew led by Cesar did a great job, fast and neat. They all had good attention to detail. In addition, they replaced the carpeting in my bedroom all done within 2 days! Thanks to the work crew for being very pleasant and helping me schlep my belongings in the house.
I couldn't be happier with my carpet from Sherlock's. It's absolutely beautiful. Don, our sales rep was very helpful in finding the type and color of carpet I was looking for. He didn't just point to some walls of carpet and tell us to look around, he actually searched the store for the color and type of carpet I had in mind.
