Being from a smaller Rural area I have to deal over the phone lots when searching for a new vehicle. Chris answered promptly and professionally, answered all my questions and offered all services possible to make the sale. CJ was very knowledgeable on the topic of trucks and towing. He took a lot of time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of various options and did not engage in the high pressure gimmicks that other dealerships use (especially Chrysler). I won't make a purchase until I've done my research. CJ respected that.
