I had previously had a number of issues with a previously bought vehicle at this dealership. Upon making my complaint in the first instance, unfortunately for CJ, it was he who got the brunt of my frustrations despite not having ever had any experience with him. He just happened to be the gentleman who was available at the time. CJ helped sort out all the problems with the vehicle I had bought and did it with good manners and communication. Traded in our 2012 GMC Terrain for a 2014 GMC Acadia. Got a good price for the sale of the Terrain and a great price for buying the Acadia.
I found an ad on kijiji, that's what brought me to this dealership ! While I was there the staff was very friendly and helpful which is why I decided to purchase my truck there.
Being from a smaller Rural area I have to deal over the phone lots when searching for a new vehicle. Chris answered promptly and professionally, answered all my questions and offered all services possible to make the sale. Sadly due to travel distance to the dealership in excess of 300km, I could not make it in to view the truck and had to settle for a closer dealership.
