Extremely unsatisfactory experience from Sherwood Buick GMC. We had to come back multiple times to test drive the car due to poor communication. Finance Manager, Sherri Labant then brought us the bill of sale where we learned hundreds of dollars of tax were added, which we pointed out where she then responded with “I don’t do the math, the computer does it for me so I don’t know”. Had a terrible experience at this place. Terrible financing lady and even worse salesman. They really jerked me around from the start. Then after a month of having my new truck, I had to contact them to get my deposit refunded. A month!! And I had to contact them for it! They obviously had no intentions of returning that $1000. Super shady establishment. Run far away from this place folks

Bought a new truck, went to pick it up to be told once I got there that it had faulty AC parts and they were on back order with no ETA. I was told I could have a loaner vehicle which I declined and insisted on a truck that was ready to go now, which is what I bought. I was told there were a few twin vehicles we could swap for, or perhaps switch parts on a different vehicle and the sales manager would contact me first thing the next morning. Dishonest about pricing. Did not respect provincial all-in advertised pricing laws and lied about fees that cannot be legally added on top of the advertised price, such as PDI. I would expect a sales manager to be familiar with AMVIC regulations.

They were great getting us in the door. Had all the right answers and treated us fairly. Unfortunately upon delivery that’s when things started falling apart. Had trouble meeting the delivery schedule. Couldn’t get us our copies of paperwork ( big amvic no no) couldn’t get us the 2nd set of keys as promised. Didn’t even get the truck home without check engine lights coming on. 5 months later still waiting on empty promises. I would stay away from this place.

When we purchased our truck we made it clear that it must be mechanically sound(we stressed this many times to our sales person and the finance guy). When the truck was delivered there was still the concerns about it. I would not recommend Sherwood GMC. I found the staff very unprofessional(swearing and pretend fighting on the sales floor). I was not even approached in the dealership when I walked in and there was many salesman standing around. And on top of that the guy behind me was approached right away after entering. As much as I love my GMC and Sherwood GMC is very close I would take it elsewhere if you want good service and professionalism
