About a week ago I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from Petersen Buick GMC. The salesman that helped me get my vehicle was Christian Davis & Financial Sales Manager "Kevin Genest". To be honest when I was on my way there I wasn't expecting to get my car that same day & drive away, but these guys were able to get a deal done that suited my kind of car I wanted & the budget I had to work with. Once again thanks & I'm highly gonna recommend this business to my friends & family & who ever takes the time to read these reviews.

I enjoyed the service from Christian at the dealership. He is very straightforward with me and treats me like a friend. THe value was exceptional and I would recommend this to a friend or family! I am confident with my used Truck... just need a second key asap!

I recently purchased a NISSAN MURANO from PETERSEN BUICK GMC. I found the ad on line,sent anE-mail and had a reply very shortly.I dealt with CHRISTIAN DAVEY.From the first meeting with CHRISTIAN till I drove away with the MURANO,the service was above and beyond.The vehicle was gassed up,detailed and ready to go.Very friendly staff,from the sales dept. to the finance dept. I decided to purchase a used vehicle and Adam contacted me with a few vehicles he thought would be of interest to me. I picked out a used GMC Avalanche SS that was beautiful! I had service work done on my truck and initially had some concerns about resolving the problem with my starter as they could not reproduce the problem in the dealership. Derek Donnelly immediately got involved and layed out a course of action to isolate the problem and to have it fixed. Derek's resolution of the problem was quick and exceded my expectations on how it was handled. I am very pleased with final outcome.

I have three company vehicles, all GM products and the nature of our business means we put a lot of miles on. I have always brought them to Derek because I trust the recommendations that he makes for the necessary service and I know that no unnecessary work is being done and I am receiving quality service and the best possible price. I must say that I cannot say enough about Derek and his team at this service center. Originally I had some issues with some previous service work and subsequently some more work required to make good an issue not previously fixed, but after sitting down and having a discussion with Derek about it he saw my point about the inaccuracies and made good on the costs for the repairs.
