I had service work done on my truck and initially had some concerns about resolving the problem with my starter as they could not reproduce the problem in the dealership. Derek Donnelly immediately got involved and layed out a course of action to isolate the problem and to have it fixed. Derek's resolution of the problem was quick and exceded my expectations on how it was handled. I am very pleased with final outcome.
I have three company vehicles, all GM products and the nature of our business means we put a lot of miles on. Originally I had some issues with some previous service work and subsequently some more work required to make good an issue not previously fixed, but after sitting down and having a discussion with Derek about it he saw my point about the inaccuracies and made good on the costs for the repairs. Service was more then expected, after dealing with other dealerships for service. Repairs were done in a timely manner. I really like the tire storage program the dealership offers.
Ferid provided excellent service for my buying experience. I encountered 2 issues, in which Ferid ensured I was completely satisfied. One problem took a little time to resolve, but Ferid kept in regular contact with me and was there to see the successful conclusion.
This was our first purchase from Petersen. We knew pretty much what we wanted before we went to the dealership. We worked with a new sales associate Dari. He was very polite and helpful without being aggressive. When he was uncertain about something he asked and the rest of the sales team where there to help.
