Great experience! I went into the dealership just a few days ago for service and was extremely pleased with the experience all around! I was instantly greeted by the receptionist, Rachel, who was super cheerful and friendly. She was enthusiastic and ready to help, which was very impressive considering she was in training. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future servicing and sure hope that I get to see Rachel there again!

Great experience, will be back! I shopped around, a lot, approximately 15 dealers looking for a new compact car. Sherwood Honda was straightforward and honest. They didn't belittle any other dealers (which many do), they didn't try to sell me any BS like "those cars are awful" or "that sales center is shady". Very satisfied and strongly recommended Absolutely the best car shopping experience we ever had, our sales man Max listened to our needs and wants and was very pleasant to deal with. He helped us pick the right car and accessories and gave us a very good deal. The managers and finance associate were not pushy at all and were very humble. We are very satisfied with our experience.
Happy to find them After visiting several stores we were relieved to find the difference at Sherwood Honda. Our sales guy walked us through the car and actually answered our questions. We then got into numbers and they were completely upfront throughout the process

Needed a radio code. (New battery) I purchased a used Honda from another dealership. After a time as can happen with used the battery needed replacing. I did that myself. After replacement the radio did not work and I was told I needed a code for the radio to work. I drove unannounced to the Honda service center in Sherwood Park. They cheerfully accommodated me immediately and had a young cheerful fellow make the adjustment. He had to reset the system by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it.
