Excellent Sales Staff I was recently shopping for a used vehicle for my daughter which brought us to Sherwood Park Honda. Sincere and knowledgeable sales staff Our sales associate, Mark, made us feel like repeat customers throughout the whole appointment, even though we are from out of town and this was our first visit. We never felt any pressure during or after that day as we were really just looking. Total professionalism!
Best used car experience After weeks of trying to find the used vehicle I was looking for, I finally found it at Sherwood Honda. Great Service and Experience My wife and I recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Sherwood Honda's Pre Owned inventory and we were extrememly satisfied with our experience with the team there. Merv, Quinn, Robert and the team at Sherwood Honda made us feel welcome every time we stepped in to the show room. We must have gone in 4 times and looked at several vehicles before we found the one for us! No pressure from the sales team and an inviting atmosphere. Totally recommend buying from these folks!
ABSOLUTELY AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE After a bad experience with Go Honda, we went to purchase a 2014 Civic EX at Sherwood Honda. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Superb experience I have been to a lot of car dealerships, but there is definitely something special about Sherwood Honda. I bought a used CR-V from Robert, who is superb, efficient and down to earth, with no silly pressure tactics. He definitely goes the extra mile and is an asset to Honda and this dealership. Everybody else I met here was great too, so refreshing. The price may have been a little more than I could have paid elsewhere, but it was SO worth it. Recommended to all.
