Service has been good in the past. However, they give away customer data!! I got a message from some company with my name, number and report about my car. Absolutely unacceptable that they give/sell my info without consent. Never getting another dime from me.
Before booking my car (3. 5l Honda engine) in I called 2 times to confirm the price for a "Timing belt kit" as suggested by the service tech $1350 (even confirmed each part that they would be replacing with the kit). Turns out they are Selling you a False Sense of Security, they are not replacing all of your timing belt components just parts they think may fail. Went in with a scheduled appointment and the dealer would not honor there posted internet price. They claim they made a mistake. Not sure I believe them. Wasted half a day!
Dishonest and worst finance department- Amit and Shibani. DONT TRUST THEM...Do your due diligence..
I was at the dealership Tuesday Apr 5 they were friendly until they pick apart your vehicle and want to give you 2/3 of what the vehicle is worth. Not happy wasting 1 hour of my time and won’t be back.

When they started as family business entire Sherwood Park community came and helped them. They were excellent. Now I see terrible attitudes. They own more dealerships now and money, ego and arrogance are over their head. They became the worst in service and people lost trust in them. I will take my business elsewhere.
booked an appointment for jan 8 for service as my car steering was shaking on the speed of 80 to 100 and they said it happens sometime the snow gets stuck under the car and will check but they did not told me me that it is going to cost $160 for washing the car as i have all the maximum extended warranties. main concern was they should have told me how much it will cost and when i asked them they said we are sorry we should have asked you but sorry does not bring back my$160. worst experience highly not recommended for servi... read more
Service is terrible. Booked appointments mean nothing. They get the work done when they can with no regard for anyones time. Terrible communication. No use of masks in the service department despite current mask mandates in effect.
