My main concern with all dealers and particularly Honda dealers since I have 3 Hondas in the family, is that I get only the work that I require. I took my Odyessey in because there was a clunking noise in the front end. I'm sure they could have told me any number of things were wrong including struts. I had a simple little plastic cover on my 2012 Pilot crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to install the new part myself. Sherwood Honda's solution was to order the part and mail it to my door without me having to lift a finger! Perfect thanks again!
I have purchased a new Pilot and a used CR-V from Robert over the past year and a half. I have also referred several family members and friends to him directly. He is strait forward and really easy to deal with. Forgot to mention that another reason why I chose Sherwood Honda(aside from Robert) is they have to be one of the best service departments around.. I went on the tour and was showed where vehicles get serviced and washed- wow.. Very clean and tidy and the Service manager even came up to me and said hi!
My husband and I purchased a Fit for myself at Alberta Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. I’m one happy customer because we took time to go to Sherwood Honda in Sherwood Park. We were looking all around the city of Edmonton went to 3 dealers and I would say from pushy sales people and drunk sales people we saw everything. Had a great experience with everyone at Sherwood Honda. Was treated with respect and patience unlike a lot of stores that just use pressure tactics and don't let you leave until you buy. They were professional and gave me all the info I needed to make my buying decision. I came back the next day and bought my new Honda Civic and left in it later that afternoon. Washing vehicle could have been better. Not completely clean in some areas. Could improve detIling
went to look at a truck, made an appointment, drove for an hour to see it...truck wasnt there, more recently looked at a minivan for the wife, said they would put it through the shop, then call us...no phone call or message, then sold it...disappointed in there customer service.. would recommend to buy elsewhere as they are just a waste of time. the owner was laughing about it.
