Sherwood provided an excellent sewer inspection at a reasonable price. Other providers wanted $500+. Very good communication from Ian as he gave thorough explanation of what he was seeing during the process. Highly recommended!

This was our first home inspection, so we have no point of comparison in terms of service or price, but we found our inspectors to be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They performed a thorough inspection, then took the time to explain in detail each item that would appear in their report the next day, even humoring our dumb newbie questions. We're definitely satisfied with the service we received.

Adam & Michelle did a home inspection on a potential property I was ready to purchase. They were extremely thorough, and very very helpful. They walked us through all the issues, in simple terms to be easily absorbed by someone who has no knowledge of home issues. For the amount we paid, I am extremely satisfied with the report, especially since the selling agent avoided a lot of the issues in the MLS report. I'm buying a small hose and needed an inspection right away. My realtor recommend Sherwood Inspection. The were able to schedule the inspection right away which was great. The inspector was going to be late and they called me to notify me which was actually better for me to have it a bit later that same day. When I arrived Maria Dudley was there waiting for me. Sherwood Inspection Services is my go-to for home inspections. They have conducted inspections for most of my clients and are some of the most thorough, respectful, and friendly inspectors in the business. They also offer some of the most reasonable prices in the industry and the easiest online scheduling system. This is the 3rd time I've used Sherwood for home inspection. The first time was for my condo back in 2001. They were just as thorough, friendly and efficient then as they are now. I used them twice recently as we have been house hunting. The first house we thought was lovely would have been a money pit but Sherwood's comprehensive inspection saved us from that nightmare! Alex was great, very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He repeatedly asked me if I had questions, which I appreciated.  He genuinely seemed to want the best in terms of safety, comfort, and value for my family and me. He offered to respond to follow-up questions, which I plan to take him up on.  Highly recommended. I'm knocking this down a star.
