My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Sherwood Inspection Services or with our amazing inspector, Cathy Corning. Cathy did an incredibly thorough job, and we ultimately terminated the contract on our house because she pointed out significant damage that might have otherwise been overlooked. We are so grateful to her for saving us from what could have been a major problem. I highly recommend her as an inspector and the company as a whole.

Great service provided by Kathy and Kyle. Both were really professional and went into details throughout tHe house inspection. They were able to uncover issues that hadn't been brought up in previous inspection in the same house. We will confident that any possible issues were brought up, explained with solutions presented. A well documented and detailed report was sent quickly which we will be able to use as reference. Highly recommend them and Sherwood Inspection.

My realtor suggested I contact Sherwood for my home inspection. She told me to request Cathy but she is in high demand so I might not get her. Luckily I was able to find a time where Cathy was available! I'm a first time homebuyer and I didn't know want to expect with the inspection but Cathy and her apprentice Eric did an excellent job of explaining things thoroughly and Cathy asked me many times if I had any questions. We had the best experience with our inspection! The inspector, Cathy of Sherwood Inspection Services, was by far very professional and thorough! She even had to crawl underneath a deck and into the crawl space to inspect pipes and plumbing underneath the house! She went through everything as she went along and helped us to understand what she was looking for as well as any issues we should be aware of. She didn't miss a thing! This was my first time participating in the home inspection. We're buying a condominium. Andre arrived early and had already started looking around. He had water and snacks which was such a great feature, when you're in someone else home! He was very thorough and considerate. He pointed out items that I would have totally missed, like the remote control for a propane gas fireplace! He brought a few things to our attention and explained them in detail.. I highly recommend Sherwood, and especially Andre.

I am picky about construction, coming from a family of builders, and Andre was absolutely perfect in every way. He clearly has done this many times, seen it all before. He has deep experience and knowledge. Meanwhile, he is also patient and took the time to explain things until both my wife and I were satisfied in our understanding. He has my highest recommendation.

Cathy was amazing! So smart and conscientious. I learned so much about the house. She was extremely thorough but also fair and supportive. I came away from the inspection feeling confident about what we need to do to properly maintain our new home. She also brought snacks for us, which was awesome. She was extremely respectful in liaising with both agents. Scheduling was also a breeze, and the fees were competitive with other inspection services I explored. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Andre was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was a pleasure to work with! We followed him through everything he was inspecting and he gladly answered all of our questions along the way. Would highly recommend this service to any homebuyers !!
