I scheduled an appointment for 8 am on a house i was viewing and they showed before i did! My inspector (Gary) had all the required equipment present and ready. I ordered a basic home inspection ($362) as well as a test kit for mold ($350 after $25 referral discount), totaling $687. Great experience with Sherwood Inspections! The inspectors were thorough and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer I have a lot to learn and the inspectors educated me about a lot of things in my home. I would definitely recommend this inspection company!

My wife and I were first time home buyers. Sherwood was able to schedule our inspection in a small time window. Roger was our inspector and he was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was looking at and organized the report into four different categories which helped us prioritize what we were going to ask of the sellers. I would highly recommend Sherwood and Roger.

As first time home buyers this was the best experience we could have hoped for in a home inspection. Gary and Dave were incredibly patient answering all of our questions and teaching us all about maintaining a home. We were immensely relieved with the time that was spent going through every little nook and cranny and felt everything was accounted for. The report was thorough and even color-coded! I cannot recommend them highly enough :)

SIS did a fantastic job with our home inspection. Our inspector, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He answered all of our many questions and took the time to explain/point out/tell us what he was looking for and what different things meant. He even brought snacks for us! Sherwood was prompt with communication, courteous and offered competitive prices. Jeremy and Hamror were excellent inspectors. They were professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about our new home from them. Our report was very detailed and easy to understand. We had a great experience with Sherwood and would highly recommend them.

Cathy was knowledgeable and extremely professional- even provided waters and snacks and brought a mat with a change of shoes to complete her inspection without damaging the carpets. Cathy offered me insight into how certain issues could possibly become long term issues or inconveniences for me as a first time home buyer.
