A Bad Experience Turned Around! We visited Sherwood Park Chevrolet to gather information on pick-up trucks for an upcoming purchase. The process of buying a new vehicle was not an enjoyable experience ,thank god Shawna in service works there , she was so helpful and and pleasure to talk to ,helping me work out these issues with a 2014 silverado , the staff are very friendly But the overall process was a complete hassle

Product is excellent, this dealer is not. We had a lot of issues starting with having to sit around for hours and when we picked up the vehicle we literally had to sit around for 1 1/2 hours even though they knew we were picking this vehicle up because no one seemed to be available - or care. The vehicle was not cleaned when we picked it up, the gas tank was almost empty and the promo gas card was not available at this time.
