Unprofessional I bought a 2015 denli dually one ton at 600400 ks it blow a head gasket well ok they gave me $20000 for it and I bought a 2017 High Country one ton dually and it blew a head gasket in North Dakota at 380000 ks. So I'm staying in a motel waiting for parts and repairs. Eric at Sherwood Park Chev said they can't cover anything. Tell you what this is my last Chev and I've had Chevs all my life!

We are very sorry to hear about your engine problems as we do indeed understand your frustration and sympathize with the situation. Unfortunately at 380000 kms your truck is far beyond the assistance levels that we can offer at the dealership level as warranty is to 160000 kms. May I suggest contacting general motors directly at 1-800-263-3777 to start a case file, as sometimes they may be able to provide additional direction.
Poor customer service. After about 18 months I can finally drive my vehicle at night but no thanks to Sherwood Park Chev. I had my 2017 vehicle in for poor headlights about 10 times and even though the dealership upgraded and rewired the headlights things did not improve and the headlights kept burning out. At one point both headlights were burnt out and I had to wait almost a full week to get my vehicle in. One of my complaints was that the headlights were on all the time even during the day. I'm Done with this Dealer! Purchased brand new Colorado last year and both times I've been at Service they have tried getting money from me on a Vehicle with Full Warranty.. this last time they succeeded as they would not give my keys back unless I paid for work I didn't even authorize... Hidden costs We were interested in buying a truck. After the salesperson told us the price and payments we came to sign paperwork and that’s when it all changed. It’s $$$ for floor mats, $$$ for 3m protection, $$$ for siliget protection, $$$ for.... my husband thought price was discussed. So no deal and the salesperson keeps calling. Very annoying when my husband asked for all costs to be included.

Poor Customer service, Juvenile attitudes. During my purchase of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado my experience was quite bad to say the least. During the process Jordan Smith failed consistently as a finance manager. From quoting wrong payments, interest, and now even failing to payout my 2014 Chevy trade in. Currently not even a phone call in a month to GM financing to have my trade paid out. All they care about is making a sale I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. It is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. my first visit to the service department was the day after I picked up the vehicle. I have been back to service about 10 times with the same type of complaint. I have had many dealings with Jordan Campbell and it is obvious the only thing he is concerned about is making the sale.
