2019 Trucks are Lemons & this dealer doesn't care. Don't buy a truck here from the 2019 lineup of GMC or Chevrolet. I purchased a Trail Boss from here. It has numerous electrical/computer/sensor issues, and I've replaced the entire rear brake system 3 times and it's only at 16000kms. Bought the truck because it's marketed as work ready. It isn't. It doesn't like mud or even dust and I don't 4x4. GM will only pay for a GM product to be rented so I was asked to take another truck from the 2019 lineup to use in the feild with t... read more

Awful. Deceiving. Sneaky. Do not recommend dealing at Sherwood Park Chevrolet. Especially do not deal with Vince or Jordan in Sales. We’ve been lied to, and strung along going on 6 weeks now... and our deals are not finished yet... they also still have yet to break down our bill of sale and tell us what all the costs are, adding up to the final number. Biggest headache, waste of time and money dealing with them.

Service shop personal are grade A scam artists Took my vehicle into these "professionals" to fix an ongoing drive-ability issue. After charging me thousands, the issue came back the same day I picked it up. Took it back and was told the engine was catastrophic and was basically done......funny they couldn't find that issue the first time? Even funnier.....drove the vehicle another Winter for another 12,000km and other then a slight Engine misfire they couldn't fix, ran fine. Poor communication, don't stand behind their word We purchased a used Ford Lariat 2017 from Sherwood Park Chevrolet with a 90 day warranty. poor communication on meeting to view vehicles, hours of waiting without communication on how to proceed, multiple trips by us just to get the deal done. and then.... There was a recall for a part on the used Ford we bought and so my husband took it in to get the work done on the recall. HE asked if he could get it done at a Ford dealership and was told go ahead. Do not waste your time very unprofessional waunted days for Do not waste your time in used chase you around call you tex you all day long lots of harrassment then try to sell you a used car does not have a inspection done then when it does not pass they asked me to pay 6000.00 extra really !!! Wanted my deposit back had to wait 4 days run around again not happy !!!!

Our fresh trades are specifically advertised that they have yet to go through our inspection process; as a result we are not yet aware to the full extent of what is required mechanically to recondition a vehicle. I wasn’t looking forward to car shopping Update: I am having trouble, both with the car, and the service department at this dealership. I no longer recommend them. Unprofessional I bought a 2015 denli dually one ton at 600400 ks it blow a head gasket well ok they gave me $20000 for it and I bought a 2017 High Country one ton dually and it blew a head gasket in North Dakota at 380000 ks. So I'm staying in a motel waiting for parts and repairs. Eric at Sherwood Park Chev said they can't cover anything. Tell you what this is my last Chev and I've had Chevs all my life!

We are very sorry to hear about your engine problems as we do indeed understand your frustration and sympathize with the situation. Unfortunately at 380000 kms your truck is far beyond the assistance levels that we can offer at the dealership level as warranty is to 160000 kms. May I suggest contacting general motors directly at 1-800-263-3777 to start a case file, as sometimes they may be able to provide additional direction.

Poor customer service. After about 18 months I can finally drive my vehicle at night but no thanks to Sherwood Park Chev. I had my 2017 vehicle in for poor headlights about 10 times and even though the dealership upgraded and rewired the headlights things did not improve and the headlights kept burning out. At one point both headlights were burnt out and I had to wait almost a full week to get my vehicle in. One of my complaints was that the headlights were on all the time even during the day. I'm Done with this Dealer! Purchased brand new Colorado last year and both times I've been at Service they have tried getting money from me on a Vehicle with Full Warranty.. this last time they succeeded as they would not give my keys back unless I paid for work I didn't even authorize... For $58.00, they have lost my business...I trade in trucks every 2 years and been doing so since 1998.
