Hidden costs We were interested in buying a truck. After the salesperson told us the price and payments we came to sign paperwork and that’s when it all changed. It’s $$$ for floor mats, $$$ for 3m protection, $$$ for siliget protection, $$$ for.... my husband thought price was discussed. So no deal and the salesperson keeps calling. Very annoying when my husband asked for all costs to be included.

Poor Customer service, Juvenile attitudes. During my purchase of a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado my experience was quite bad to say the least. During the process Jordan Smith failed consistently as a finance manager. From quoting wrong payments, interest, and now even failing to payout my 2014 Chevy trade in. Currently not even a phone call in a month to GM financing to have my trade paid out. All they care about is making a sale I leased a new vehicle there in Jan 2017. It is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. my first visit to the service department was the day after I picked up the vehicle. I have been back to service about 10 times with the same type of complaint. I have had many dealings with Jordan Campbell and it is obvious the only thing he is concerned about is making the sale.
Made an appointment to view a used truck and they couldn't i Had two phones calls with Stephen to arrange a time to view a used truck. I cooled my heals for half an hour while he tried to track it down. Couldn't find it or find someone who would know. Wasted 40 mile round trip for nothing. His apology was less than satisfying.

drove 3 hours to make a deal and truck was sold Spoke to Jordan Smith Monday about a truck i was interested in. Jordan was not all that familiar with the truck. Called Wed morning to speak to Jordan. Phone call transferred to Jordans desk. No answer no voicemail. Stranded Again!!! Third time this dealership has left me stranded!Brought my Truck in again for service booking an early appointment Stressing to them that I cant be with out my Truck! Worst service in Alberta I had my truck in 3 weeks ago and showed the manager and assistant manager that my winter front would not fit. They both guaranteed me they would have the right winter front when I was back from days. Well to no surprise they ordered the wrong part and didn’t bother to check. They do everything at 20% and don’t care that you spend $100K on a truck they just do shoddy work.
