Made an appointment to view a used truck and they couldn't i Had two phones calls with Stephen to arrange a time to view a used truck. I cooled my heals for half an hour while he tried to track it down. Couldn't find it or find someone who would know. Wasted 40 mile round trip for nothing. His apology was less than satisfying.

drove 3 hours to make a deal and truck was sold Spoke to Jordan Smith Monday about a truck i was interested in. Jordan was not all that familiar with the truck. Called Wed morning to speak to Jordan. Phone call transferred to Jordans desk. No answer no voicemail. Stranded Again!!! Third time this dealership has left me stranded!Brought my Truck in again for service booking an early appointment Stressing to them that I cant be with out my Truck! Worst service in Alberta I had my truck in 3 weeks ago and showed the manager and assistant manager that my winter front would not fit. They both guaranteed me they would have the right winter front when I was back from days. Well to no surprise they ordered the wrong part and didn’t bother to check. They do everything at 20% and don’t care that you spend $100K on a truck they just do shoddy work.
Reviewing my recent purchase Not very happy with my purchase from Sherwood Chevrolet. Initially was excited and impressed with the deal I got but at the end of the day all got changed from deal to the employee's attitude. I still ended up getting a car as I was in a situation where I had no other option. And 1 day after I had to drop off the car back to the dealership for service and didn't hear anything back from anyone yet. Not happy and Don't recommend this place.
Unable to resolve issues! I purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ in April 2017 and from the beginning there were transmission issues with the new 8spd. Was in 3 times and problem was not resolved. The mechanic went as far to say the transmission was flawed and that GM has not been able to resolve many of the problems. Does not honor salesperson promises Was promised free oil changes for two years not once was I told that only meant 4 The service manager said rules are rules even if that is not what I was told they do not honor salespeople sale pitch. I buy a new vehicle every 3 years and it is time to buy my wife a new one but not here. So the moral of the story if a salesperson promises you something get it in writing. Lesson learned. Worst Customer Service Ever! I have not even had my truck for a month, and have probably been to the dealership 8 times, have called them 20-25 times, and have had an endless number of issues. One of their managers didn't return a single call, after leaving 9 messages for them. STAY AWAY!
