Reviewing my recent purchase Not very happy with my purchase from Sherwood Chevrolet. Initially was excited and impressed with the deal I got but at the end of the day all got changed from deal to the employee's attitude. I still ended up getting a car as I was in a situation where I had no other option. And 1 day after I had to drop off the car back to the dealership for service and didn't hear anything back from anyone yet. Not happy and Don't recommend this place.

Unable to resolve issues! I purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ in April 2017 and from the beginning there were transmission issues with the new 8spd. Was in 3 times and problem was not resolved. The mechanic went as far to say the transmission was flawed and that GM has not been able to resolve many of the problems. I am pretty sure he was not supposed to say this to me however it was right in front of my sales person... Does not honor salesperson promises Was promised free oil changes for two years not once was I told that only meant 4 The service manager said rules are rules even if that is not what I was told they do not honor salespeople sale pitch. I buy a new vehicle every 3 years and it is time to buy my wife a new one but not here. So the moral of the story if a salesperson promises you something get it in writing. Lesson learned. Worst Customer Service Ever! I have not even had my truck for a month, and have probably been to the dealership 8 times, have called them 20-25 times, and have had an endless number of issues. One of their managers didn't return a single call, after leaving 9 messages for them. STAY AWAY!

Dissapointment They had a vehicle that I put $1000 down to hold and on my way to the dealership I was called and told they had sold it too someone else.

I should have gone somewhere else Sold a truck I had put money on Didn't tell me until I showed up to pick it up Didn't seem to care that I was angry or the sales person lost a sale Apologized after I had phoned the manager

Unprofessional Went to go buy a vehicle today, receptionist was too busy on her phone to acknowledge us. All the sales people were standing around talking to each other. I guess they're okay with losing a $30,000+ sale. :) I'll go take my money to Sherwood Park Dodge.

Terrible Took truck in for recall, get truck back with disconnected air flow from filter to intake manifold.(looks like they forgot to re-tighten the clamps) Came off on high way. Made my pregnant wife scared when she heard a clunk and truck went into safe mode. Was extremely troubling. You decide if this would be acceptable for your standards or not.

Going back to Lakewood Chev Part 2 Went back to Sherwood Chevrolet for my complimentary oil change received for the poor service on my first experience. I was waiting in line when one of Lube Bay employees came out after 45 mins after waiting.
