Certified Used Vehicle..... Yeah right!! Sold us a used Yukon with 75000km on it it had to be totally torn apart and cleaned do to carbon build up after a 2000km. The respected GM dealer we took it to said you would have to be blind not to see the issue with it!!! And it keeps getting better, all the fluids that are supposed to be changed at 72000km were not changed and this is right in their maintenance book, so that being said, I would never buy nothing from these crooks. Unprofessional and liers salesman and finace guys I contacted Daniel greenbank last week to make an offer and a Chevy truck. Her accepted and he tranfered me to finance department to Aaren. I told him on Thursday night that I'm taking it and make it ready for Friday and he said no problem. On Friday morning he told me he has to work on the approval and sent 5 request to credit check to 4 different banks. no help On Sat may 7 I phone dealer cause I needed a tire ands rim for my wife's. Not Impressed I was just reading the other negative report listing voiced by another customer involving this salesman. I was unaware a comment could be left without a sale. I feel Daniel wasn't upfront and dishonest with me while negotiating a price on a new vehicle. We went back and forth and agreed on a price which included all credits offered by GM. Not a big deal. I've chosen to deal with another dealer. I don't feel it's a miscommunication at all on how the loyalty rebates work. I called your dealership and spoke with your business office on how the offers are written up the day I backed out of the sale. I also spoke Lakewood? and Davis in Airdrie plus the dealer that I finally completed a sale with. None of these dealerships stated the way your sale staff wrote the offer was correct. Not There Yet I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change in their lube bay. (I wanted to get it in with the mechanic shop to check all my fluids/tranny/wear etc but they I guess they don't do that). Needless to say it was what I expected. Overcharging, Double dipping Disappointing salesman. Tells you one price in writing that is the "final price all in" and then writes another on the offer to purchase. Salesman so full of xxxx!! Spoke with GM Canada they advised the salesman was double dipping at my expense. Salesman tells you that you have the best pricing anywhere yet I purchased vehicle $3700 under the cost he offered at another dealership. second lien I bought a 2015 Colorado but it was rear ended while parked and was a written off, simple insurance procedure but they ran into a problem that took over 2 months to fix and that problem was the dealership had a second lien on my truck and could not tell me why or even attempt to find out why for me, now that it is finished I ended up loosing alot of money thanks to the dealership, so if you have bought a vehicle from this dealership in the last year you may want to check and see if they have any other liens on yo... read more
Very Poor Customer Service I contacted Sherwood Park Chevrolet through their website to set up an appointment for some warranty work I needed done on my 2014 Trax and I received an email letting me know they received my request and would contact me shortly. I then never heard back form them even though I had tried to contact them for an update. I was then forced to go to another dealership even though this was the dealership closes to my home. I am very angry with this service.
