The physical therapy might be alright…but their scheduling and record keeping is a disaster…I notified them that I was ceasing my sessions when I was diagnosed with cancer and needed to focus on that treatment…now they’re dunning me for cancellation fees for sessions I cancelled…it’s not a headache I want to deal with right now…

Business response:

Carey, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We strive to meet — and even exceed — the expectations of all of our patients. Please reach out to us directly at mystory@sralab.org so we can address this situation quickly.

My son was there 4 weeks for a TBI I have never experienced such inadequate care ever. The nurses hang on their phones. They distribute meds and when asked what they are giving a patient they respond w I don’t know. But truthfully it’s the administration. Head nurse commented to me how calling security on a TBI patient who preservatives is Insignificant. Social worker did nothing to help us but rather did things destructively. And he was never was assessed cognitively. Beyond negligent In fact possible malpractice which wer... read more

My Uncle was there for a month, don’t get me wrong some of the therapists are very talented as well as the medical team. However, most of the evening staff require additional training. My Uncle was fitted for a boot for his right foot due to his major Ischemic stroke, half the time they didn’t put it on him during his therapy sessions. I will say that speech therapy was OUTSTANDING with him. However, when they tell you your family member is getting discharged be prepared, because they certainly are kicking you out (less ... read more
