This location is fun! Not as quiet and cozy as the nearby Kingwood Showbiz, but great to go to on a weekend for a fun night out. The environment is family friendly, the food is tasty with good portion sizes, the games are fun and the theaters themselves are clean and comfortable. Showbiz in general is pricey compared to the already-pricey movie experience these days, but it's worth it. There's $5 Tuesdays and then bowling is discounted on Wednesdays, so little deals like that make it better, too.

Showbiz Fall Creek has wonderful customer service! We called for our Brownie Troop and Parents to attend a showing as a large group to celebrate recent cookie sales. They accommodated us with ease. The sales manager called me back on his day off to offer a special treat for our Brownies. When we arrived our tickets and movie meals were ready to go! Thank you Showbiz Fall Creek!

Fun entertainment center Movies, bowling and games...great for kids of all ages A little loud for my taste, but that is the nature of the beast! Full bar with food...pretty average... Clean facility, nice, bright restrooms Service at bar is average....although, Jermaine was very attentive...as well as most of the employees Movie theater is clean....enjoyable Sure to visit againl

Extremely impressed. I had an issue with online reservations timing out but it still held the seats. When I called the manager to get it sorted out he apologized, corrected the multiple reservations, and even went above and beyond by providing free tickets to the show for our inconvenience. Truly made my day and renewed my faith in humanity. I was able to treat my daughter and her friend to a movie mat I need as a treat after a day of finals. This was my first time at this location. We went for ThrowBack Theater on Wednesday night Oct 24th (because it was my birthday AND BeetleJuice was playing!!! **squeal**). First, I looooove ThrowBack Theater and this will become our new Wednesday date night activity. The venue was very clean including the lobby, bar, food stations, restrooms and theater itself. This movie is pretty cool. It does get packed but there's never a huge wait. It's clean and the seats are comfortable. I like it.

I enjoy coming here due to the prices, they have a great Sunday morning deal which is perfect for the family. They have a good deal with souvenir drinks as well. The movie theater itself and bathrooms have always been clean to me, so no issue there. My main issue is the the staff. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just not to be found but at any station you go to you're always waiting an incredible amount of time. More so than I think you should. The customer service hear is great especially the evening staff if something goes wrong they go out of their way to make sure you are happy even if it means the company will lose money I recommend this theater to anyone in the humble they deserve 10 stars

First time there this evening, did some bowling. Clean place, friendly staff, bathrooms clean, beer priced a little high for bowling. All in all had a very good time will return again, the only complaint is the shoe rental, shoes are worn down, and do not slide on the lane approach will bribg our own equipment next visit.
