Unprofessional, poor customer service I am very upset with with how unprofessional and poor the customer service is at showcase honda. I had a case where I was one step away from taking it to the court. I complained and argued with the way the treated me so much they ended doing the service for me. But I couldn't do it by myself. Unreliable, Demanding and Pushy I was trying to trade-in my old car that I bought from Showcase Honda. The deal I got last time was bad at this place - I bought a "new" 2010 Honda Civic in October 2010 with 1000 miles on it for regular price. It was my first car and was naive back then. Stealth Rip Off Just found out that for two months they no longer use nitrogen to inflate tires, however failed to inform customers in order to give them an option to go elsewhere. Now the convenience of having nitrogen in my tires have been negated by this shops failure to care for the customer. I will never purchase or use service at this dealership again.

Very poor attention to detail. Don't waste your time here. I took off from work to look @ a Mustang. When I was taken out to the car it had no fuel in it. The tank was completely empty. Took over an hour for the lot tech to get gas. When the car had fuel it would run right. The throttle body was bad & was showing engine codes. Be very very carful when going here. I will never be back.

WARNING!! Don't shop at Showcase Honda I gave them my name and phone number during the process of buying a used car in March 2011. I bought a Honda at a different location in March of 2011. They have called me every month for 18 months and counting. I have ask two different Managers at this location NOT to call me several times. THEY ARE STILL CALLING.
