Awesome service w/Michael Valenzuela, he knows my car & works hard to make sure everything I'm concerned about is looked at & goes above & beyond to satisfy any issues on my car.
Awesome service and fast!!
Took in my Accord for recall service. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was informed of all the work and recommended future work. Showcase Honda is my go-to dealer.
So glad we found Showcase Honda. The service rep was polite, caring and knowledgeable. The dealership is spacious and so clean. We will definitely use Showcase Honda since we moved to Scottsdale!!
Changed the oil.420 in total rotation
Showcase Honda did a great job. Promt and professional!
Had new key made. Bought floor mats. Service workers were friendly and helpful. Inspection revealed dealer did not thoroughly examine tires. Instead recommended early replacement. One new 80,000 mile tire with less than 1000 miles on it was inaccurately deemed worn out. Other tires are older but still are not worn out. Dealer also recommended other maintenance. Will proceed to keep vehicle roadworthy.
Oscar is a excellent service advisor....took care of all my issues and kept me informed of progress ....highly recommended
Fast service very welcoming
