unreliable showcase honda phx we purchased a vehicle and had several issues along the way. we live in an area that we do not get any mail to our physical address. this information was told to every person thru our process with everyone stating they will make sure the address will be the po box. i did find the information on who we were set up with for our loan and spoke with them. they did have only the physical address and sent all our information to the physical address and it was returned back to them. we then went to mvd... read more
Stay Away from Service Department We took our vehicle there for inspection to see if anything could be done regarding our car's engine. After receiving the quote for the repairs (about $8,000 worth) we told the service advisor James that it was not worth it to put that much money into a 2007 Honda Civic. James proceeded to press for a sale stating that his manager wants him to get this done and that all the repairs didn't need to be done on the car which would have put my young sister at risk when driving the car. Beware! Finance will switch things on you Buyer beware! Their Finance department tells you one thing and puts something completely different in the contract. They literally asked me for more money 4 days after the deal was done. And the company doesn’t take responsibility. It’s basically pay more or return the vehicle. They tried to do this twice with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are plenty of good dealers out there that will treat you right and not try to pull one over in you.

False advertising They advertise a Honda Accord LX for $26,880 on their website. But then, surprise, when it came time to talk financing, they had added a $5,000 so-called package. They also advertised a $279/mo lease. But then, surprise, they presented a $550/mo lease offer with $6,000 down. This is false advertising - shame on them. I sold them my Honda CR-V this summer. It had several issues with it so needed a few thousand put into it to sustain it long term. They washed it and listed it a few days later for $4,000 more.... read more
