Purchased lease from Showcase Honda I recently decided to purchase my lease because my payment would be the same. The paperwork had to be redone several times and during that process the amount of my payment went up by $75. I later try to resolve this matter with Showcase Honda, however no one ever returned any of my calls . I requested the original amount agreement paperwork. Dealer add on Car was advertised on autotrader for 10,000. Went to dealership and price was actually 12,666. The 2,666 primarily related to “reconditioning” costs that were really just the service costs (at full retail) of getting the car ready for sale. Dishonest advertising

Worst dealership ever Never ever will I come back to this place to buy a car or service my car! They lie to you, they treat you like crap! I thought Bell Honda was bad... this one is even worst! Don't ever come here to purchase a car, buy it somewhere else!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I brought my car in for a simple oil change. When I got home I noticed a giant scratch on my bumper missing paint and everything probably 6-8” not sure how we did not notice there upon pick up, most likely cause it was an oil change that was supposed to take sn hour but took 4! We called and emailed our serivice advisor (ashley) multiple times until we were forced to contact the service manager who was not helpful at all so I began asking for the GM (general manager) I was then turned over to a sales m... read more

Terrible Customer Service Everytime I come here they want to push people back and back and back do things in their time when people have a lot to do. I was told a Master key would take 1 hour max. I came here to Showcase Honda at 9:30am it’s now 1 pm. I had to cancel all my plans for the day because I don’t know how much longer this will take. Worst customer service ever save yourself sometime and go to another location. ALSO they cuss like no other all over the place “ xxxx this” “ xxxx that” very disappointed.
