The dealership lied to me about add ons they would provide at no cost. They told me tint, door guards, wheel locks and nitrogen filled tires would be provided. They did not start the process prior to my purchase and now they refuse to honor it.

Super unprofessional to have a 3% fee for credit card processing and not state that when the care is dropped off.

Still can't open the tailgate despite shocks being replaced. Key fob snafu. But Anthony Jenkins was so helpful and kind, setting me up with Lyft so I could come and go as needed 4 times!

Seems to me that assigning a knowledgeable person to handle quick jobs is the way to go. Waiting around for 1.5 hours for a check of the air in my tires, service as required and reset the warning light on my dash, should've taken about 15 minutes tops. Whaddaya' think?

Showcase honda is a scam bought a certified used car the remote start didn't work we took it to service and they made us pay to fix it.

The service was not up to par with other Honda dealerships. The car went in for a oil change and a recall. The recall was a fuel pump replacement. The tech spilled gas's on the carpet in the back seat . He never disclosed the spill . When we pick up the car it had a very strong smell of gasoline. The service advisor said that was normal and just to roll down the windows! By the time we got home we had a headache and nausea. All went well until they tricked me into some $2000 extra that I said I didn't want

The people are nice but it seems like they are only out to deceive you into making more money. My car was listed for $23,500 but when I decided to move forward with buying, they tacked on over $4,000 for miscellaneous items such as protective coatings and protections. It took me speaking with their manager to get these items removed from the total cost. Also, I was told my loan was with one company as it was listed on my paperwork but ended up being a completely separate company.
