The process should have been as simple as my last experience with Chapman Honda in Tucson. At Showcase had to provide proof of coverage 3 times because they forgot to make a copy. Had to ask for return of my drivers license, When told the process would only be a few more minutes, it was 10-15 minutes.

Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into a car, They never wanna help with anything after even if the damages were their fault. They refused to help. I will never refer anyone to go to Honda and I will not be returning.

He couldn't explain what maintenance would be performed with the upgrade package. Absolute Ripoff Artists I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to buy a car from this place! First I was told they could get me the Jeep I wanted, so I got a ride from where I lived at the time which was 3 hours from the dealership. Then when I got there the saleswoman tried to sale me something else that I didn’t want or like. When I finally gave in she handed me off to another salesman and left. Dishonest and Unethical Dealer My major problem with this dealer lies in the finance office. After declining any and all service packages THREE TIMES, the dealer decided to add one anyways and tell me that it was "free". Two problems: It was not free, it was full priced. Two, this is incredibly dishonest and unethical behavior. They were just hoping that since they told me it was free I would believe them and not look at the itemized breakdown of costs.
