Absolutely horrible experience. Absolutely horrible experience. Made a deal, had everything in line, cashiers check and entire deal ready to go. Flew all the way there from Oregon to be joked around for 6 hours and had to fly back home empty handed. They left me stranded at the dealership at 10pm no offer for an uber anywhere or a ride. Sales manager was extremely rude and unprofessional stay away at all costs!

They recommended transmission fluid change for my car even though they did it last time less than 3000 miles. They had me pay 227 for diagnosis of something I already know about and asked them to tell me upfront how much it will cost me but they said we have to do diagnosis first. They treated me as if I were unintelligent simply because I chose not to purchase GAP insurance. On top of that, they significantly overcharged me for the car. Semi friendly dealer. Semi friendly dealer. Salesman tried to get me to sign a backup contract, when I was paying with a pre-approved check from my credit union, said it was a requirement (not true). Also, wanted to get a copy of my dd214, I asked why, he said, just to have it for our records (also a lie, they don't need it). Added a couple accessories to the vehicle and they wanted me to leave without them being installed.
