I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. While checking for other concerns, they found that the wipers were worn out. When I left, I found that my previously clean windshield and rear window were all smeared. The next day I found that only one valve cap was replaced. Never had shoddy service like this from Showcase before.

Advisor did not honor discounts he previously verbally Advisor did not honor discounts he previously verbally agreed to and also did not want to honor coupons - felt like he lied. Advisor seemed to be working to find things that he could say were wrong - extreme upsale- felt like you were getting ripped off. Advisor did not explain, show or detail items repaired. The dealership needs to have a shuttle. It is ridiculous to only give a $10 Lyft credit - that does not even get you a few miles. Rides should be covered for a 5 mi... read more

Very disappointed with the service. Very disappointed with the service. Came In to see if I had warranty on my car a/c knowing the compressor was out I had already told them. So I was being charged $1,900 to get it fixed. I asked for my keys and they charged me $220 for a diagnosis when I didn’t need it. Took it to another shop and they charged me $600 only .

Had an appointment for 12 pm just for an oil change took Had an appointment for 12 pm just for an oil change took FOUR hours to complete. When i was told it would be an hour or less.

Showcase Honda sucks. Showcase Honda sucks. You have a bunch of liars there. Grainger, Donna, and Sutherland should be honest with their customers and not play on their inexperience. Another employee of yours, told me "do you not know how to make your own decisions without checking with your family??? When in for a quote on replacing my sunroof. When in for a quote on replacing my sunroof. After many attempts in leaving voicemails and sending emails, I never received a call back. Was very disappointed and will no longer do any type of work with you guys

Still waiting for a follow up call dated June 14th to Still waiting for a follow up call dated June 14th to bring my car back in to find out why the airbag light is still on 5 yrs later after being installed Jan of 2019 at showcase honda . I brought my car in on June 1st had an 11am appointment, was there for 4 hrs and no one was able to tell my why and how to resolve the air bag light to be on for 5yrs
