In addition, it took very long to get to my car once it was finished and just sitting in the drive thru. Out of all of the Honda dealerships I have been to for service, this was the slowest and most invasive one.

I have a terrible car. I have a terrible car. 27 times in the repair shop in 28 months. It is horrible and while the service writers want to do the best the warranty from Berkshire dealers (MPP) it terrible and there is no positive ending in sight. We bought all warranties, but they are worthless. I recommend you buy a Toyota or an Infiniti. Also, if you have a Honda just prepare to pay for every other oil change yourself.
