Horrible experience. Horrible experience.....many, many errors and misrepresentations... Had to go to GM to get anything done. 2 different people said recall was done when it was not. Received title from ADOT had wrong car on it.... Very incompetent employees.... Not just one but many. Will never go back.

My Sale guy was Kee who was great, but the finance piece My Sale guy was Kee who was great, but the finance piece was horrible! They did not provide the Carfax report, the car diagnosis, or any of my legal documents prior to leaving. I was not given any package options and to top it off they collected the wrong insurance info and didn't notice until later. Never had a issue with othe dealerships. Everything felt very rushed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them.

They had almost 3800 dollars of "dealer installed" options and fee's that were not included in the advertised price. Things like window tint. I expressed concern that the dealership even did these things and didn't advertise them. They assured me they did all of these things. This was a very disappointing experience. This was a very disappointing experience. The salesman was great. I did buy a used car, key fob was not included with car even though vehicle description says keyless entry. Valet key was the only thing provided after purchasing the car. Horn goes off when getting into the car. Was told during purchase that you can not use your own financial institution for approved financing. I will not be back.
