From the moment I walked in, Diego was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions with patience, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to make sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. The whole process,from test driving to financing, was smooth. Overall good experience.

Sales portion: EXCELLANT. Sales portion: EXCELLANT. finance portion: less than satisfactory, The finance person did not follow through with what was presented. The end rate was better, but the "pitch/fast talk" bothered me. You need more honesty, less pressure to get my referral for overall satisfaction. Give the pre-owned sales unit bonuses!!! Blessings...
