Just like to that I did call the relations manager twice and both times I got a voicemail that was full and couldn't take messages!!! So yeah they try to act all considered Is an absolute joke!

I swear don't ever come here guys. I call in to make appointments for oil change they hang up right the way. I make another call to try them. I told them I want to buy new car. They change the voice right the way. Now it's my turn I hang up. I'm glad that I purchased my brand new car at Right Honda Scottsdale. Camelback honda showcase service treat customers like shit

Worst customer service. Highest prices on all services. No shuttle. No acceptability. What disappointing experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Called to get my Honda Accord serviced, and there was a price given to me. As soon as i go for the appointment the price doubled. Then Andre the person I had the appointment with tried pressuring me into paying over $600, when I just came for an oil change and tire rotation. Never coming here again.

Purchased a "Certified" pre-owned 2018 Honda HRV after my '08 Santa Fe suffered an electrical surge (loved that car ). The issues literally started after I drove it off the lot. The oil pan fell off and was dragging under the car. A repair tech did come out to fix it and told me it wasn't secured previously. Cool. The battery died that same week and needed to be replaced. This is absolutely the most terrible dealership to purchase from and they have no integrity. AGAIN!!! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! THEY ARE TRUE!!! Not only do they sell lemons, but they do not stand behind the quality of vehicles they sell. If you purchase a vehicle from them and within 30 days it breaks down, they will tell you they will service it for you but they're going to charge you. First and foremost I have dealt with this dealership off on for 30 years now. I have unfortunately bought two cars from them and three cars from their competitor Right Honda. Unfortunately I've had to use them for service on my Honda products due to the proximity to our home and work. For starters we brought our car in to get a windshield replaced and the sensors re-calibrated and were told we could pick up the car on Saturday by 3. I have used this business for 11 years. It was generally the same until my last 3 visits. I have a CRV with only 50k. I have driven CRV's since 2010. I always planned for a larger bill at 30k and 60k. No more. They want $500 for this and $500 for that every visit. I just went in for a oil change and paid almost $900 and they still want another $1000 for more stuff on my next visit I have a year of payments left. I will never buy another Honda or go here after this car is paid off and I sell it.
