My parents have been customers of showcase Honda for years and we would service our Honda vehicles here regularly. This location use to be clean and well kept, but over the years unfortunately the service quality has decreased. I received an oil change in January and I just got around to checking my oil levels. brought my Honda in for a full inspection and was told everything was fine. Everything was not fine. I had taken it there for a reason and trusted Honda. Told them my concerns. NEVER and i repeat NEVER go to Richard Vargas for anything. I thought maybe I had a bad experience but after reading the reviews, it is clear that that man should not have a job there. Purchased a vehicle here and traded in a car at the same time. It took over a month to get my trade paid off as they kept sending the check to the wrong location. I had to do all the work to get it fixed each time and they seemed like it was a bother to help me. Collectively. I spent close to 10 hours of my own time working to resolve this. I have been serviced my this location since my moved to Phoenix two years ago. Today was the worst day ever all because Showcase Honda F*CKED me over. This is a sign to not buy a car from Showcase Honda. My day began at ten am. My sales and leasing consultant did not show up until well after twelve, so another sales and leasing consultant took over. I had already knew what car I wanted, so I was just figuring out pricing. My first stop in shopping for a Honda HRV 2022, they added an additional $4000+ to the MSRP, lots of back and forth "let me talk to my manager", exhausting experience. I was told because of short supply the price of the car has to be higher. I go to Tempe Honda, one sales person and the price on the same car was sold to me at MSRP. I would not waste your time here, other dealers in the valley also in short supply but not up selling.
Bought Certified Pre-owned 2020 Honda Accord. No inspection docs, no manuals, no warranty paperwork, no calls back from sales or finance or customer service. A complete vacuum. Terrible.
