Scheduled an appt with William. Scheduled an appt with William. I showed up a little early and meet with Diego who went to get William. William without even coming out to introduce himself asked Diego to ask me if it was ok if Diego could help me. Not sure what William was doing but I confirmed my appointment with him and that came off a little rude, and made me feel like I wasn’t important enough for him. William could have come out to ask me directly. I would have respected that.
