To the sales manager working who was very unprofessional. Wasted my time and gas. I was looking to purchase and the whole sales team was wasting time and gas during the whole process. Sales man was competente to say the store sells broken vehicles and works the repair cost into the price. The price is already including additional fees on top of fees for claims of dealer repairs. I showed up twice for this joker on the day of our original appointment ready to purchase that black TLX you all had. Purchased a used car here almost a month ago. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was amazing from my cars salesman to finance both were great. However due to having to get my windshield replaced I've had to work with STEVE. He has been nothing but rude and had attitude every-time. They mentioned multiple times they pride themselves on good customer service to have returning customers. Steve single handedly has ruined my experience with this dealership and lost my future business.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! All started off great, I paid full asking price and called ahead asking for the paperwork to be started so I wouldn't have to sit in the dealership for 6+ hours. I arrive and all was set to go. They promised to fix the scratches and the broken window. At that moment everything was great. Daughter took 2011 CRV in due to A/C working intermittently. Showcase tech diagnosed "faulty A/C compressor" (Of course....). Daughter paid over $2000 to fix it. On day she picked-up the car, the A/C worked great for a bit, but on the ride home once again stopped working, just as it had been intermittently working on & off, prior. Hahaha! I'm laughing because this place is a joke. Seriously.... Starting talking numbers on a used Audi they had for sale. All of a sudden, an extra $2,000 was tacked on for "options" they added to the vehicle (price online was $32k, price when I arrived was $34k). They said they added window tint when it arrived and the car was detailed. $2,000!!!!! It was clearly obvious they lied. I had been a loyal showcase Honda customer for years, but I never will go there again. In February they recommended that I get four new tires, because they said there was a lot of wear and they could be a safety issue. Ironically the new tires caused a safety issue. The front passenger tire was put on improperly, and I had a bulge on the side of the tire two weeks later. I was on a road trip, and discovered the issue in Kingman on a Saturday afternoon. Do not trust a single positive review you read about this place. Buying a car from Showcase was the most miserable and frustrating experience I have ever had. They try to scam you out of money at every chance they get during the process. First, the almost $400 "paint protection" which I have never and will never use. TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT go here! If I could give ZERO stars I would. They keep you in the dark, lie, lie, and did I mention lie? Everything you picture a sleezeball car dealer would do they do it. They bumped the prices up, even though I was told their was an internet "special" and would give me a discount for my trouble due to a vehicle NOT being on the site?!? Isn't that illegal?
