Horrible service, I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time I was hustled to pay $450 out of pocket for my A/C on something that was covered under warranty. The 2nd time I paid $250 for a full detail service and I'll just say after returning my vehicle for the 3rd time they couldn't even wipe my mirrors or windows clean. I thought dealerships were supposed to provide top notch service. Save money by going elsewhere to get your work done. I'm sure you'll get better service than what this place could ever provide.

Buyer beware! Their Finance department tells you one thing and puts something completely different in the contract. They literally asked me for more money 4 days after the deal was done. And the company doesn't take responsibility. It's basically pay more or return the vehicle. They tried to do this twice with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. ******FRAUD ALERT ******* I do not use the word fraud lightly. If you have leased a Honda and bought out your lease at the dealership, you should check if you were scammed out of thousands of dollars. How it happens: I was nearing the end of my lease and went in to see new vehicles while I was there for a routine maintenance. My experience at Showcase Honda was very disappointing. The first person who helped me was Obed who was very kind and helpful. However the next person who helped me, Austin, was frankly a jerk. They had taken my car out for a test drive and when they returned, Obed spoke to me and made their offer very respectfully and I declined, which is not what upset me. Brought my truck in for a warranty repair. I had my mechanic check the issue out and confirm what was wrong with it. So i scheduled the appointment with showcase and brought my truck in. At which point I was told it would be $160.00 to look at it. I asked what would be included for that cost what would they actually do? But they were unable to explain what diagnostics they would actually run beyond checking the code. I was told that it was going to be like that at every honda dealership. The experience started out good but once they had the signed contract getting someone to return your call requires an act of congress. I purchased a used vehicle that came with one key and I was promised a 2nd key. I called a number of time and spoke to the sales manager and although he promised to call me back with an update he never did. I give up. Sad. I am planning to give this car to my daughter within the year and will need to purchase a new car and I promise you that it will not be from this dealership.

I could give 0 star because of horrible treatment from Devon service manager. Very mound when talking drawing attention and basically forcing me to leave without answering questions. He refused to explain what was done to my car and told me to drive off as my car was lined up to leave telling me to go home and call back. I would give zero if possible. I'm mobility impaired and use a wheelchair. After listening to our horrible experiences throughout Phoenix, and being told how great they were and how much inventory they controlled I was informed they were price gouging. But if they control the inventory... and they just got new shipments that were coming in daily... If that's what they will pull on me thinking I won't leave because I needed something bigger, IMAGINE what they are really capable of. Buyer Beware!

If I could give a half a star I would. Showcase Honda should rename the place of business to Showboat Honda because these individuals are in the business of thinking they can show off their comical theatrical performances, none of which were impressive. These individuals all have titles of manages and enjoy the game of haggling, and outright lying, oh but wait, they will tell you, it was a "mistake". What am I talking about?
