My experience was not favorable at all. I drove over 60 miles, round trip, to look at a used car that I was led to believe was still available. They had the stock number and everything for the vehicle I was interested in. When I get there, I'm told that the salesman I had an appointment with wasn't available, so someone else took me out to look at the car. I helped my daughter to buy her first car in last Jun, the sales person was Nick, we left the dealer and before she got home, th engine light turned on, we called the dealer th same day, Nick make a look like it wasn't a big deal, we been finding a lot of problems with this car, nobody wants to be responsible to fix the problem, I being so generous to giving them one star

I forgot to guy that helped me but his assistant is Luis Cruz (USED CARS SIDE) so whoever his boss is this is about him. Very unprofessional, not reliable and doesn't even text back or answer phone calls. Tried to sell me a vehicle that had a HUGE cracked windshield! And the tail light was broken also! Told me that's the only car I qualify for lmaooo this place is all bad.

This dealership set the car world back 25 years, total scumbags,lying idiots. One of their sales guys, Brian Thomas, gave me numbers on a car so I came in. When I got there, the numbers changed and were nowhere close, typical bait and switch move that has given the car industry a horrible name. I did end up buying a car at another dealership which was a pleasant experience, no BS and straight forward, total opposite of these Showcase Honda morons.

Was told my car had 3 years of free oil changes and free services included with the purchase of my used car. Only to be belittled by a service representative and treated like an inferior.

My wife and I brought our Honda CRV in for routine service because the service engine light was on. We had an oil change and the service tech indicated everything was checked and it was fine. A couple days later when picking up our car from a valet we noticed our front fog light was not working. My wife called the service dept and the service tech advisor(Ballard) was very condescending to her and said they don't check to ensure lights are working. We bought a car in Oct by Dec the breaks and rotors were grinding we already had a service advisor as we were sold the car with a pungent odor that needed to be ozoned and the front bumper falling off after months countless unreturned calls to the front desk mangers sales and service in jan we find out our advisor is gone we call back obviously mad at this point and we're told to come in 5 mins later Chris from service calls saying they can't promise to replace it we can't even stop our car without the e brake 600 plus dolla... read more

I waited in line at Showcase Honda for an oil change, arrival at 12:02, ordered some Chick-fil-A knowing it would probably be a decent wait for my car to be serviced. Sat in my car 20 minutes before i got greeted or acknowledged lol. Was told they would get somebody to help me when i finally was asked if i had been helped yet. I take my car to go and get it checked out and that alone they said they needed 860 dollars! For what? GOD HIMSELF KNOWS. it's like when they see a women alone they try to finesse her from her money because they think she knows nothing about cars very disgusting of them
