Silencer Central has to be one of the worst companies I have made the mistake of using. They feel if they approve of their product so should you. Their Banish .22 suppressors are useless. Avoid this company and their outlook toward their customers.

We reviewed customers account and discussed the issues he was having over the phone. We agreed to having him send in his silencer. We conducted testing on it with video recordings and decibel readings. Follow-up Testing has been completed, without the silencer the dB was 160.3. With the silencer the dB testing was 115.7. It was also inspected by our manufacturer and has no manufacturing defects or damage. No issues with sound reduction were found. Decent Business model, with a lot of potentials, problems seems to be in their lack of transparency, to achieve higher sales. I feel they have a tendency to pull the rug over some consumers eyes by blaming regulations (that they have frequently either were misleading about, did not understand or ????. They do ship to your home but to save $12, does not require a signature. So Mr. mailbox pirate might score an ATF-controlled item at your expense. Ordered an item and was lead to believe it was in stock. Waited five months until I found out they never had it in stock in the first place. Very poor customer service. Manager actually told me that "WE'RE DONE!" to end a conversation he was wanting to end. I demanded a refund and they told me I had to wait until the following week because the one person in the whole company that does refunds wasn't available. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had to go through. I purchased an AAC suppressor about a year ago, April of 2020. The AAC 556SD, cleary stated IN STOCK. Which I have screenshots of, went through they monthly payments which included the tax stamp which made it easier for my experience personally. At some point my suppressor was switched over to another one which I did not want and had to contact multiple times to get that fixed. My whole experience was terrible. I had a detailed email sent to the company and the owner and they called and gave me excuses as to why it happened. they offered a t-shirt for my troubles. Would I really want to advertise for free a company that I don't trust at this point. I have yet to hear from brandon about my many issues, they seem to care more about getting more sales than finishing and doing the previous orders correctly.
