If you want to get longer waiting time please order your suppressor from SC, my form 4473 to Cleo was received on the 20th of January 2023 and it was approved and my application status did not change to ship and talk to them. they said that was a back log on the shipping department who knows when my suppressor will be ship and not only *** put your suppressor in jail, the seller which is Silencer Central put it in jail too, today is January 31 and have no word from them and their promise is after form 4473 approve your suppr... read more
Do not order from SC. It has been nothing but issues, delays and excuses. We all understand how long it takes for the *** to approve forms this is not the reason for the delays. Took 5 weeks to certify (there is no form 3 transfer involved just company delay) it has now been 40 days since approval and I am getting zero help trying to notify my sheriff. I've always dreamed of having a suppressor, Silencer Central turned my dream a nightmare! The first issue I have with this company was the misleading wait times. I placed 2 separate orders for barrel threading. I shipped off my 1rst rifle and received an e mail a few weeks later stating that they could not complete the threading and were shipping my rifle back.. It took several weeks and a phone call to get my rifle and my money refunded. After the bad experience, I canceled the service. I canceled the service in the 1rst week of December and hadn't received anything. It's now Jan 5th and several e mails and phone calls to the almost non existent Customer Service. Applied 09/21. As of 11/22 nothing but e-mails saying pending. *** says 6 to 9 months wait on paper work. I contact Silencer central and get only lip service. Then I am "transfered" to the *** who "are looking at" my application and tell me its now a "12 month process" even though its been over 14 but they will transfer my "up stairs" to the person who approves the application. Not the best experience. 7 months ago I ordered a suppressor. Customer service told me their current turn around was 180 days. I couldn't believe it. It's been 7 months. Called them and asked about rifle threading. Explained what rifle I had and they assured me there wouldn't be a problem. Paid the $50 to ship it to them and received an email today, stating that they can't thread barrels on lever guns. So I called again and explained the situation. So I'm just out time and $50. Yes the paperwork and tax stamp process is made easier but it seems they use the *** hold up as an excuse not to deliver product! I am almost 1 year into the process and have nothing to show for the money I spent or not even a solid date on when I can expect my product that has been paid in full for. Would not recommend using this company! And I have a clean record and no flags to be a hold up on as a side note and already in system as a weapons permit holder!

Worst company in the state , when I bought in March of 2021 they told me 9 months. ******************************************************** Won't give my money back , and blaming everyone but themselves. In reading the other reviews , I have had the same experience.. Hope no one else get caught up in this bad company... They are in Sturgis every year.. stay away from them
