A nice hotel for adults There wasn't a whole lot of food choices. It would have been nice to have a pickup fast food kind of meal that was cheaper. Also I know you are a casino but we don't gamble. More family friendly things to do. Pool tables, game rooms ect. A shuttle to Amtrack would have been nice too. It was nice that the casinos were connected because it was cold. I have a good time I lost my machine play but I have fun Ambient nice location very accessible We have a grand time it’s a beautiful Casino to visit in Reno we had fun

Great time in Reno! Nothing The accommodations were great! Nice clean room and a very comfortable bed! I slept like a baby!

Good but not nearly as good as the previous two stays. Kind of a bummer. Our shower in room #1616 was not up to the standards we had the previous two stays. It had mildew in it that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Secondly, the outside music played at the El Dorado was so loud it kept me up at night. Very annoying! And we were on the 16 floor facing southwest. I don’t understand why it is that loud? The room and hotel are very clean. The staff are very professional and friendly.
