Very Good Common areas smelt of smoke Good for an overnight stay after a late arrival flight. Well decorated hotel and lovely refurbished room

Exceptional There were a lot of outlets and USB ports in the room to plug in our phones and other things. The shower had good water pressure.

The room was great. The issue was with the elevators. The staff didn’t alert us of this issue. Today, 9:44 AM Although the room was updated and clean, it was completely overshadowed by the one working elevator for 17 floors. To say it was an annoyance would be an understatement! Leaving and coming back to the room took a good 45 minutes, each time. In addition to the wait, you were crammed in an elevator, which I’m sure was over capacity, with everyone talking about it. Buen lugar para desestresarte un poco. La cama ya están muy viejos los colchones tuvimos que dormir del otro lado de la cama porque están muy sumidos y dolía la cabeza por lo mismo. Me gusto el hotel está bien las habitaciones y muy céntrico.

Exceptional The beds were a little hard and the pillows weren't big enough The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean

Good value hotel room in Reno Check-in was a drag at the counter, and the 6 self check-in kiosks only work if your booking name matches the credit card name perfectly (hence a line to the counter) Lots of sheltered parking, great WiFi, comfy bed, clean bathroom, spacious room, lots of TV channels, lots of food outlets within the complex
