After checking in everything was excellent. I will stay there again on my visits . The only thing when asking at check in the people at the desk and kiosk could not give me directions correctly they pointed or said they didn’t know. A janitor gave me correct directions.Other than that a very pleasant stay Location, ,how clean the property was,the areas were maintained, after checking in the staff very helpful

Probably won’t be back despite the nice room. I hated the resort fee rip off. I hated the checkin process. I hated the kiosks. I disliked the early checkin fee. More ripoff there. Room was ok. Shower was great

It was really good and I enjoyed it Toilet was not flushing properly and it was flooded Apart from toilet I like everything

Pleasant No personalization anymore I guess. Kiosk took jobs. Hot tub not open. No answer at desk for questions I had It was clean and nice enough. No more personal service. Kiosk checked us in. It was ridiculous
