Although the staff was very professional and try to be helpful, somehow they split up my mammogram and bone density test appointments so that I had to come back another day. That did not make me happy. Also when I was sent the acknowledgment by Simon med to fill out the forms before I got to the appointment, I found it very difficult to put my information in and never did succeed after trying three times. The staff was courteous. The two ladies that performed my bone density test and mammogram were very professional, knew their profession well. And we’re helpful with my disability issues. The environment was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out like cattle. A very pleasant experience. They performed their jobs well. I will recommend.

It definitely isn’t their quickness in getting you checked in. But once that is done, you are called back and you are done in no time. The techs are very nice ! The front office was very nice but it did seem they were a bit overwhelmed. The quality was good just very busy.
