RecommendedSimon Med is a good facility but I believe the customer service at the AJ center could be improved. It should not hurt the front desk to acknowledge the patients standing in line. They could look up and welcome patients in. While I was in line, a lady, who had an appointment for an X-ray, was treated very rudely. The receptionist made the statement several times that ”we’ve told her not to make appointments”. Whoever “ her” was, should not be blamed. If that’s the case, someone needs to correct it.
