RecommendedSimon Med is a good facility but I believe the customer service at the AJ center could be improved. It should not hurt the front desk to acknowledge the patients standing in line. They could look up and welcome patients in. While I was in line, a lady, who had an appointment for an X-ray, was treated very rudely. The receptionist made the statement several times that ”we’ve told her not to make appointments”. Whoever “ her” was, should not be blamed. If that’s the case, someone needs to correct it. The caring they have fore the patients. They are soo helpful and explained everything to me.
It was fast and easy and the lady who worked with me was very pleasant
They lady’s at front desk were very nice. The X-rays technician was super nice and friendly. Had a long wait but I guess that’s everywhere. Overall good experience. I went to the Apache Jct office Az
The assistant who took care of me was very professional and easy to talk to , I was very pleased with her
