RecommendedStaff at the location were great! Communication regarding exams required were unclear and not well communicated via the mailings and NUMEROUS texts and EMAIL. Online paperwork has duplicate requirements making it even more time consuming. You cannot speak to a live person other than scheduling staff who know nothing. Luckily, I received a phone call from a knowledgeable medical staff member who answered my questions regarding exactly what exams I was required to have and why they were necessary.
The staff at the Desert Ridge location in Scottsdale, AZ are excellent. From the front desk person to the technicians, all were kind, personable, and professional. The space is clean and calm.
facility & staff were very good. Difficult making appointment. the Supervisor got my insurance corrected. I feel schedulers need more training in English and computers. see posts on facebook!
Friendly, professional staff. Ben was extremely thorough in explaining the process and the procedure. Very professional, yet polite and it was evident he cared about the patient. Thumbs up for a positive experience!
