I’ve used Simon Med many times. Kind, respectful to me. Please stop patients from using their cell phones in the waiting room. Checking, sending a text message, fine. If you have to make a call, go outside. On my latest visit I found it irritating to have a woman loudly watching her soap opera while waiting. A man talking about a Amazon pkg, and what’s for dinner. Really. Loud personal conversations that I do not want to hear. Be respectful of others. Need to talk, make a call, please, go outside.
Very efficient and friendly. The only problem is they didn’t remind me that for my test I needed to fast.
Great service and very friendly atmosphere
Didn’t know of this location until yesterday. Will definitely go back I don’t think I was there for more than //2 hour. I didn’t even have time to settle in my chair! Staff was friendly and professional.

the front office Gail that checked me in was pleasant and efficient the technician that did the MRI cervical was very helpful in making me comfortable as I underwenty MRI I would highly recommend simonmed located at The fountains off of Thunderbird road in Arizona the atmosphere is very calming and less stressful they're not over packed facility.
Jodi did a great job with multiple X-rays for my 84 year old mom.
