Had a chest CT yesterday. I got there at 10:10 for a 10:30 appointment and was out the door by 10:41! Great staff! The man who did my IV and CT Scan was very good. Very professional and friendly.

SM has to be the worst in low end facilities that are dingy. Also in my experience employees who are not well seemingly knowledgable trained or happy at their job. Trying to schedule or contact them through their off US call centers is even worse. Just low end. A scan result taking a week plus when you are told 1-3 days...why? I'd rly suggest any other provider. SMIL is a much better facility by far.

I went to the SimonMed facility for a CT scan today and was denied service and was told I had to pay $212 to be seen. I explained to Ellie that my insurance card specifically says do not collect at time of service. She then said with attitude “Again I’m just telling you what the insurance says. So I told her well again I’m just telling you what insurance card says as well. She told me to have a nice day. I had a chest Xray on the 8th of Aug and nothing was collected then. I went into this location and not only was the good XRAY machine down but now I’m expected to wait 5-7 business days to see if my hands broken!!! This is ridiculous!!! I WILL NEVER USE SIMONMED AGAIN!!!!

The lady I spoke to in scheduling was rude. Getting a MRI is stressful enough. The ladies at the front desk were also not pleasant. My MRI tech was the only one who was respectful and nice. This has been the case every time I have had an MRI at this location.

They don’t listen when you advise you’re covered by your insurance carrier and I was advised they would close out my payment plan 8.4.23, submit claim for “explanation of benefits” and instead, they charged me AGAIN. Today, again, they said “we JUST cancelled that payment plan and will request “explanation of benefits”, and one agent sent me to the survey, instead of a supervisor, so the call would disconnect after the survey; the next rep got me a mgr AFTER placing me on hold for 20 mins. Staff was great but they had me pay $464 for an mri that was covered by insurance. This was March 27th & I’m still trying to get my money back! Every time I call I’m told something different. No idea how to get my money back at this point and it’s my money. Insurance paid in April
